On August 6th, Madeline and I were watching Barefoot Contessa on The Food Network. The episode was "Pasta Bella." She saw two recipes that she was really excited about. She wanted to make them right away! We went to the store and got all the ingredients for Penne with Five Cheeses. The recipe was quite easy. As we prepared it, Maddie sampled all of the different cheeses. She really likes fontina now. We baked the penne in individual dishes, just like Ina! This recipe was really good! We'll be trying the Turkey Lasagna soon!Monday, September 10, 2007
